Co-founders Charlotte and Jasmin have worked together as artist manager and artist for 10 years. Their journey has been a long and winding one and they have seen all sides of the music industry. From major label to completely independent, building a business that worked for them.

Charlotte Caleb
FOUNDER / CEO
Charlotte has a Law LLB from King's College London and LPC from BPP Law School. She has been an Artist Manager for 10+ years where she worked with countless teams of creatives and is a recipient of YouTube x MMF Accelerator Fund. She spent 3 years at Jukin Media, a viral video management company. This was followed by 3 years at AWAL forming the first BI & Data Department at the record label. She was a driving force in using data to drive business decisions for artists and managed the technical migration of data when AWAL was acquired by Sony.

Jasmin Tadjiky pka TĀLĀ

Jasmin is the creative genius behind the artists TĀLĀ and Lil Yamaha. Jasmin attended the prestigious BRIT School and was signed to labels Aesop and then Columbia Records. She is a well respected producer, visual art director, vocalist and songwriter. She has composed music for brands such as Apple, Adidas, Missoni & Bose and was selected as part of Dazed100’s most influential creatives. She recently Executively Produced the 4th Studio album for US artist BANKS. She understands the creative experience fully and what it means to make a living from music.
